GENERAL SUMMARY

As a Resource Management Operations Associate at Team One, you will work with the Management Director of Resource and Talent Planning, Resource and Delivery Director, and partnering with HR team to assist in all aspects of RM related processes including: resource management, scope management, agency tools, and governance.We strive to bring out the best in ourselves, our peers, and the work. Candidate essential duties and responsibilities would include supporting the RM team in the following areas:

  • Support by updating the RAF, freelance request spreadsheet and talent tracker – consistent focus and dedication to ensure these forms are accurate
  • Entering freelance requests into Smart Recruiter, updating and maintaining entries
  • Posting resource requests onto immediate needs bulletin board, reviewing the WIP tool and researching resource availability
  • Auditing and updating Career settings to ensure titles, business units, departments are matching the scoping tool and time sheet tool
  • Support intake and resource coordination efforts amongst department leads and the to ensure projects are staffed effectively and efficiently with the most appropriate individuals
  • Help produce reports to illustrate utilization, variance to plan, and weekly/monthly allocations across Agency teams
  • Learn and become expert in utilizing the agency resourcing tool as well as ensure tool is up to date with current needs
  • Assist with various resource management-related projects as assigned
  • Proactively build and improve on existing team processes, procedures and documentation.
  • Effectively and consistently manage strengths and weaknesses of self and others; enables self and others to bring the best of their skills and talents to work; is consistently ambitious in setting and achieving goals.

Other requirements

  • Successful track record of administrative support and 1-2 years’ experience in operations, project/resource management, and/or data or business analytics.
  • Able to stay organized and creatively problem solve in a diplomatic and professional manner against aggressive timelines.
  • Able to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must enjoy working in a fun, fast paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

· College degree preferred.
