Join the team and help us transform our customer digital experience to empower customers to realize their technology outcomes.You will be responsible for:· Managing a team of Product Managers who support the individual teams and projects covering VMware’s Customer Connect platform.· Collaboratively defining and driving product strategy, vision and roadmap evangelizing to all the teams, partners, and users of our platforms.· Working with the team to drive product definition, design, and prototyping process to discover customer problems and create valuable, desirable and feasible solutions.· Collaboratively defining and prioritizing an outcome centric roadmap for your area that continuously delivers measurable value towards the vision.· Coaching product practice and helping innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share our insights.· Working at a program level with technical leads, designers, and people managers in figuring out what to work on next and how to prepare for future work.· Bringing clarity where there is uncertainty, manage risk and continuously deliver value.· Defining experiments, measuring success metrics, and using data to inform decisions.Desired Skills & Experience:If you believe you are a great candidate for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, please do not hesitate to apply.· 8+ years Product management experience· Experience managing teams of product managers or engineers· Exposure navigating large enterprise organizations with an understanding of IT partnerships· Able to breakdown complex problems into simple solutions focused on important customer needs· Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others· Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making· Focused on data-driven approaches to solving problems, and accelerating the learning process to validate solutions· Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and other partners· Experience User-Centered Design methodologies· Proven experience delivering software using agile, having delivered SaaS a plus.· BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceCategory : MarketingSubcategory: Product ManagementExperience: Business LeadershipFull Time/ Part Time: Full TimePosted Date: 2021-07-27VMware Company Overview: At VMware, we believe that software has the power to unlock new opportunities for people and our planet.
