Manpower has immediate openings for a Maintenance Mechanic III on 2nd Shift in the city of Irvine.What's in it for you?Full time hours

2nd shift: 11:50am- 12:00am

Starting on 1st Shift 7:00am- 3:30pm Monday- Friday for TRAINING ONLY

ORIGINAL WORK SCHEDULE: 2-2-3 schedule: (2 days on-2 days off-3 days on, then rotate to 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off)

Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

Competitive Pay at $34.46

What you'll be doing:Will perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant equipment.

Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and operate machinery (either acquired or built internally)

Other tasks include but are not limited to: usage of computer software, PLC troubleshooting, data collections, calibrations, write preventative maintenance procedures and component level troubleshooting and repair.

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant equipment

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks

Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature, and requiring troubleshooting skills in order to resolve issues

Follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments

Who we're looking for:Previous minimum of 4+ years of experience or equivalent demonstrated competency

High School Diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)

Ability to work in a team environment and show flexibility with job role

Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

Ability to read moderately complex schematics and electrical drawings

Ability to troubleshoot PLC ladder logic, and CNC equipment

Competent in all Maintenance Mechanic II tasks/ requirements

Willingness to learn lead responsibilities/ tasks as assigned by management

Strong competencies in electrical and mechanical technology

Basic computer knowledge, and ability to use SAP software

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently

Ability to work weekends, and overtime

Ability to work holidays (as needed)

Ability to cover different shift with short notice

Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
