Paralegal/Contract Specialist

Manpower has partnered with a local financial institution in Evansville to help identify candidates to join their team as a temporary employee in the role of PARALEGAL/CONTRACT STRATEGIST.What is the job?Administration (care and feeding) of the contract spreadsheet

Pulling contracts, invoices, etc. for distribution from the company files

Requesting data/docs from FMB to satisfy workstream requests

Scan/save docs into the appropriate repositories

Light redlining of agreements (likely to evolve to this as candidate's skills allow)

What do you bring to the job?Previous experience either as a Paralegal or experience with legal Contracts

Excellent Oral and Written communication skills

Computer skills, knowledge of the Office Suite products
