Job description and skill requirements for this position are belowResponsibilities:- •Conduct business and technical analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of Lead to Cash/Quote to Cash processes based on Salesforce platform.- Conduct and lead business requirements workshops, User Stories grooming session.- Be able to lead the requirements, current and future business processes sessions with help of industry best practices and be able to challenge and ask appropriate business processes related questions- Work with business stakeholders/ sponsors to gather business / functional requirements and based on that derive functional design and user flow and complete functional gap analysis, create functional design document- Based on functional design configure Salesforce product in relation to business processes mapped in Salesforce org- Interact daily with business units and business owners to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively work to resolve client issues.- Gather, create and document current and future business processes, persona journeys and mapping experience.- Be able to provide clear updates and estimates for his/her own tasks also needs to be familiar with Scrum/Agile methodology- Coordinate with Technical Solution Architect to assist in technical design document; manage and track closure to individual user stories.- Perform Unit testing on developed or fixed user stories or requirements. Coordinate with users on testing.- Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.- Manage Data gaps during the implementation, carve out data transformation or migration plans and execute the data transfer or conversion activities- Provide daily status to client or Project manager on status of design and overall project work streams. Highlight any risks and assist in mitigations steps- Work with rest of Client team to participate in offering development, pre-sales activities, contributing to overall practice growth.
