ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME Summary:The candidate will work with functional leaders and peers to document reporting requirements, identify data sources, relationships and evaluate data quality. You will then use this information to develop designs to transform the data into a simpler, unified, and aggregated information for dashboards, reports and analysis speeding up and improving decision making. You will leverage tools like Azure SQL, Data Lake (ADLS) and Data Factory (ADF) to extract data from the source systems and build data models and visualizations of operational, analytical, historical, and forecast information.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a command of system analysis and design concepts and ability to collaborate with team members, management, and stakeholders, communicate and set realistic expectations. This position requires a strong understanding of business, analytics, design and development creating reusable solutions that improve efficiency and time to insight.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required• 5+ years experience with Azure Data Factory or other ETL Tools, Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL services or SQL Server• Proficiency with relational database and data warehouse concepts • Proficient in building SQL and DAX queries• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle EPM or TM1 would be a plus• Proficiency with Power BI• Experience working with ERP systems data (Job Cost, Inventory Management, Order Management, Distribution and/or Financials modules)• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and desire to make an impact • Attention to detail with the ability to produce reliable, effective solutions.• Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment.Responsibilities:• Design, model, document, and guide the logical and conceptual relationship of data and database changes • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using ADF V2, Azure SQL and ADLS Gen2• Maintain and manage code using Azure DevOps managing development and production environments• Engage and work with 3rd party developers as necessary to build out new subject areas. • Administer Power BI and assist building out data models to make data accessible to users in Power BI and Excel. • Work with REST APIs to pull data from multiple sources BENEFITS / PERKSInclude standard Medical Insurance, Dental Options, 401(k) Plan, Life Insurance, Vacation and Paid Holidays, Disability CoverageBenefit packages are discussed at the time of hire and are calibrated to the job description, type and title of position, and level of total compensation
