We are creating new position in our small company. Someone humble, well mannered, energetic, and happy to have part time job that is not boring and repetitive. The type of person that sees trash on the ground next to the can and picks it up. Duties are as follows: Assist office manager to do: routine filing, manage approximately 30 units, collect rents, create rental invoices, log/track rents and past dues, create lease agreements, handle turn overs, manage tenant requests for repairs, special projects, run errands, (the humble part) keep building and restrooms clean and paper stocked . This position is part time. Hours may vary. Starting pay is $15.00 per hr. Can grow to full time. At full time, we offer medical, IRA, vacation and company paid life insurance. Must be knowledgeable/proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; have strong language skills, be well versed in customer service, and be able to multi task.
