Property Manager On-Site

SEEKING MANAGER TO LIVE ON-SITE.

Offering an opportunity for a Manager to Live on-site and run the day-to-day business activity, maintain good operations, including office and property maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced in Property Management Operations and some Maintenance

Familiar with Mobilehome Residency Law and Title 25

Excellent Communication skills (Written and oral)

Ability to Effectively Communicate with Residents, Vendors, Employees

Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Excel, Online Banking, Rent Software).

Prepare rent statements and resident notices

Customer Service experience required

HANDYMAN SKILLS - ( not required but preferred)

Responsibilities include oversight of:

Repair and maintenance of units

Repair and maintenance of infrastructure including water and sewer systems.

Procuring materials needed for maintenance

PROPERTY MANAGER ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints

Receive payments from residents

Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the legal filing process

Patrol communities regularly and maintain relationships with residents

Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors

Handle general office duties and maintain files

Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations

general tasks including cleaning after move out, keeping laundry room clean

The successful candidates will work closely with the Supervisors Maintenance Staff, and other team members regarding all current or projected operational projects and provide oversight on the mobile home park.
