Compensation: As a Syndicate field adjuster, you will be a salaried employee, receive a monthly vehicle and technology allowance, and have access to full-time benefits.

Job Summary

MARKET: SOUTHERN INDIANA MARKET COVERS SOUTH OF INDY AND INCLUDES LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY.

Adjust residential and commercial property and casualty daily claims for Syndicate’s clients by conducting scene of loss investigations, photographing. preparing and developing documentation, and submitting electronic reports with appropriate recommendations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Two years’ minimum previous field property adjusting experience with all loss types.

Demonstrated proficiency in Xactimate and Xactanalysis

Understanding of Commercial policies and ability to handle average losses =/< $50K

Minimum claims handling experience of 150 residential claims up to $100k.

Demonstrated knowledge of building materials and construction principles.

Business writing skills. You must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with co-workers, management, clients, insureds, contractors and various other parties involved in the insurance claim process.

Valid Driver's License, a good driving record

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Must be willing to obtain additional licensing in surrounding states within 90 days of an offer.
