CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Set up packaging lines according to specifications:

Set tanks

Set up equipment

Gather packaging materials (cartridges, plungers, boxes, etc)

Clean tanks & fill pipes.

Perform bulk unloading.

Perform transfers of mix.

Scrap rework.

Package or compound as a back-up.

Make sure work area is organized.

Keep equipment clean and in good working order.

Maintain required records and reports.

Follow all EHS regulations and guidelines.

Actively participate in SMART and other safety programs.

Actively participate in 5S programs.

All other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor or Management.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age

Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa

Must have access to reliable transportation if hired

Must be willing to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation

Must be willing and able to become forklift certified

Preferred Qualifications

12 month of previous manufacturing experience

2nd Shift Hours M - F 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Starting Pay - $19.54/hour + 0.75/hour shift premium

Up to $1,500 Retention Bonus
