- Experience designing web applications, systems, and experiences that people can access on any type of device, desktop, tablet, phone ideally within a B2B company
- Proficiency with Figma, prototyping & developer handoff tools
- A portfolio of top-notch product work that demonstrates strong design and UX skills
- Experience using data to inform design and product decisions
- Talent in creating and maintaining design standards and conventions and component style guides
- Ideally have a minimum of 4 years experience working in software product design
- Previous experience with B2B application is desirable
- You are cool with being our first full time, devoted UI/UX Designer
