  • Design, develop, evaluate, and implement development tools for engineering teams including devOps frameworks, product and portfolio management, and build and release automation.
  • Incorporate a detailed understanding of internal and industry solutions to analyze business requirements and functional specifications at broad organization levels. Leads sessions with stakeholders to determine the requirements, complete gap analysis and document findings.
  • Design robust automation framework for running, managing and reporting SDLC processes.
  • Analyze, design, and develop new features based on the engineering teams' requirements.
  • Evolve our continuous integration (CI) pipelines function in support of multiple services.
  • Introduce newer technologies and enhance existing system to be robust and efficient.
  • Work in an agile development environment to organize and deliver working software in predictable iterations.
  • Collaborate with Development, Release, Support, and QA Engineers to build efficient infrastructure, tools, and automation frameworks.
About You:
  • This position requires a self-driven technical expert with very strong technical and communication skills who can collaborate in a distributed team environment, and provide technical thought leadership/direction to the team.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, IaaS, & SaaS, and containers.
  • Experience using databases.
  • Passionate in learning new technologies and mentoring others.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to guide and mentor other team members on across organization initiatives.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting and enabling engineering teams
  • Deep and broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies
  • Technical leadership experience leading across organization initiatives
