- 5+ Years of solid hands on experience on Microsoft Windows Systems Administration with Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019. Ability to technically troubleshoot system issues on Windows Platform
- Must have experience working in aManufacturing Plant environment Experience
- Knowledge of Windows Imaging and experience building Windows 10 Workstations. Prepare, update and support the Microsoft OS base image. Develop and support the existing PXE and USB (pre-boot) methods for deploying Windows images to Workstations/Laptops.
- Hands on experience with installation and uninstallation of Software on Windows 10 and Server Platform – includes knowledge of configurations, running security patches and maintenance activities.
- Ability to bend below knees and lift up to 40 pounds. Unbox workstation and server equipment, setup on the IT Room or wherever needed on-site. Hands and feet support experience with workstation
- Physical and Remote hard Drive wipe required for decommission process. Lift and Shift of the devices (Servers/Workstations) to decommission palettes. Coordinate with vendor for pick up.
- Knowledge of DHCP, SNMP, Group Policy and Active Directory. Have worked on prior Operating System configurations. SCCM knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow documented instructions and manage/maintain Knowledge documents
