Location: San Bruno, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Writer IIPosition: Technical Writer II Location: San Bruno, CA/ Remote Duration: 12+ months Contract Job Description: Location Preference Bay Area (San Bruno, Mountain View) or New York Remote work possible Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (3 years of writing developer guides). - At least 1 years experience working with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process. - Experience reading and understanding source code written in Python - Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Markdown. - Highly motivated and self-directed. - Strong collaboration and project management skills. - Understand highly technical concepts and create content that explain them clearly - Ability to learn new authoring tools Desired Proven track record of researching and writing effective documentation for operations teams; experience writing for internal audiences.
