Production Assembler - 2nd Shift

Cemen Tech is a 100% employee owned company and we're looking to add a Production Assembler to our growing team. The candidate that is chosen will assemble large mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of the production floor.

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

More specifically, the person will perform:

• Mechanical Assembly
• Screw, nuts & bolts, rivets and other fasteners.
• Plumbing pvc, galvanized, SS pipes and fittings.
• Routing hydraulic, pneumatic, water hose/tube/pipe.
• Read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• May be asked to assemble a specific part on a regular basis such as an auger or mixer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Solid math skills.
• Use of power tools.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Knowledge of overhead crane and forklift operation preferred.
• Previous experience with blueprint reading preferred.

This position requires the following equipment/tool abilities:

• Use of power tools such as: drill, jig saw, hydraulic hose crimper, hole saw, pneumatic impact guns and ratchets, overhead hoist and mag-drill.
• Use of hand tools such as: Torque wrench, standard hand-tools, tape measure.
