SummaryOur People Analytics team is accountable for equipping decision makers with insights through analytics to make the best decisions about people — individuals, teams and organizations. This close-knit, highly productive and well-regarded team is looking for support to deliver on its vision of democratizing talent insights through research and technology. The business operations contractor will support the newly minted operations wing of our People Analytics development team. As the People Analytics department grows, so has its day to day operational needs. You will engage with the team and our business partners to drive operations initiatives for the team and our platform. Description
  • Project management of small to medium size technical projects
  • Creating attractive communications, training and documentation
  • Designing Keynote presentations for new initiatives
  • Planning ad hoc and recurring meetings
  • Hosting and coordinating high level, global meetings
  • Drive operations initiatives for the team and platform
  • Manage intake requests, review and assignment
Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in project management and process mapping
  • Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Keynote required
  • A record of adding value to work outcomes through innovation and an orientation toward continuous refinement and improvement
  • Comfort with new systems and learning on the fly
  • Creative and innovative problem solver, able to find solutions with the tools on hand
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, including facility toward open debate and advocacy that is direct, constructive, compassionate, and results in better products and client outcomes
  • Passionate about People and the role an HR organization has on the broader company
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Social Sciences
Nice to have
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Comfortable with data
  • Proficiency in any of the following: Excel, Numbers, Final Cut Pro, Wrike or Tableau
