- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Market / Financial Accounting domain.
- Should have experience in General Ledger, Financial Accounting.
- Should have experience in Writing Business BRD/FRD.
- Should have strong experience working with Business users for requirement gathering/Sign off/Requirement review.
- Should be able to communicate with ease and proficiency in English
- Should have experience of waterfall, Agile and iterative implementation modules
- Should have good analytical skills
- Should have an understanding of Project life cycle phases e.g. SDLC
