Job Description:
  • Plan and Manage execution for MSM/APQ Industrial IOT chipset roadmap, perform gap analysis, prioritize development effort.
  • Plan system solutions such as reference designs for the Industrial IOT.
  • Responsible for working with Camera/Display/Audio/Video technology focused organization to generate the resource assignment, delivery plan, risk analysis and contingency planning cross QCT chipset solutions.
  • Work closely with technical staff to develop key customer relationships and align internal development milestones with key customer project/product plan.
  • Abstract and analyze historical engineering loading data to support resource forecast/planning for QCT Multimedia engineering team.
  • Work closely with TAM, sourcing and customer support team to enable eco-system partners and leverage industry expertise for multimedia solution tuning and customization.
  • Chair meetings to drive the milestones typically spanning multiple locations / geographic regions.
  • Conducts weekly internal status reviews with various teams including the development, test, application engineering and the Executive Management
  • Seeks to improve program operations, including tracking and reporting; interface with technical projects completion and documentation
  • Facilitate clear and accurate communications across distributed teams including engineers in Asia and US
  • Define, document, & communicate the critical path, timeline, issue list.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in the following areas required:
  • Experience in digital integrated circuit or core design, digital IC architecture, and product development with a later career emphasis on program management of those disciplines.
  • Experience with multi-tasking in order to understand/facilitate/guide a variety of disciplines such as System Architecture and modeling, IC digital design, verification and implementation, SW drivers, project and product management.
  • Experience in complete ASIC lifecycle development.
  • Microsoft tools like mpp, advanced excel, PowerPoint.
  • Track record of proven leadership, business and program management performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and background in Multi Media technology.
  • Self-starter. Ability to manage, influence, and set direction of multi-faceted, multi-disciplined teams and programs independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to articulate vision and influence decision making and outcomes both within internal and with external teams through effective communication skills at all levels.
• Capable of synchronizing and motivating other program managers, product management and engineering leads to attain common goal
