Current and future Lab Offerings range from a suite of Signature Breakthrough Experiences (each tailored to the individual client and delivery), to immersive technology showcases and demos, to custom breakthrough experiences addressing innovation, leadership, strategy, transformation, transition and alignment. Clients who engage in these experiences will uncover highly relevant insights and develop more successful approaches to complex challenges. The Deloitte Greenhouse® Digital Experience Team is focused on upping the digital engagement in everything we do. It's focused on both managing a portfolio of tools and technologies to drive collaboration and a wow! factor to every Lab and on innovating what the future digital experience will be. Work you'll do This role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to product manage our existing digital engagement tools focused on driving adoption, training, change management, and efficiency, to innovate the Greenhouse digital experience by finding new tools to support Lab delivery, and to develop new digital offerings for the GH and the larger Deloitte firm to use. The ideal candidate will be eager to apply an understanding of the human experience and activate it through digital experiences. We're looking for a high performer with a passion for everything digital, a desire to create innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for Deloitte's clients and account teams, strong project management and organizational skills, and outstanding Microsoft Office skills. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role. And a desire to have some fun! What we're looking for

  • Experience with innovation management, change management, and product lifecycle management
  • Innovative and forward thinking, able to conceptualize and communicate how digital tools can further the client experience
  • Passion for research and piloting creative, innovative approaches that can be deployed in a Breakthrough experience and/or environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation design skills and the ability to communicate with technical (application developers, visualization designers, data warehouse architects) and non-technical (executives, program leaders) audiences
  • Interest in learning about design & facilitation, the core offerings of the Deloitte Greenhouse ®
  • Effective collaborator, partnering with GX team members to roll out and support use of digital tools
The team The Deloitte Greenhouse® Experience team sits within Deloitte's Executive Accelerators organization, which supports Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) and account teams in helping key client leaders, their teams, and organizations address their most pressing challenges. Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience, focused on product management or direct experience serving clients
  • Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively and operating effectively in ambiguity
  • Experience with change management, tool adoption, and some training a plus
  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage work across multiple streams
  • Site based practitioner, with estimated up to 15% travel (Sites: NY, DC, DU, CHI, SF) - (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones including EMEA, India and US
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce a plus
