Key Qualifications • Proven 5+ experience as a Sourcing / Staffing / Recruiting Coordinator (or similar role) • Extremely organized and proactive, with the ability to multi-task and to prioritize workload • Experience in creative operations, recruiting, vetting candidates, tracking, and archiving • Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills • Positive attitude, team player, highly motivated, with a can-do approach, calm under pressure • Desire to work in a fast paced environment with a wide range of personalities • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to handle confidential information with tact and integrity, must consistently use good judgment and discretion • Work autonomously, take initiative, and complete tasks as assigned • Technically savvy, knowledgeable with Mac, familiarity with Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Mail and Calendar • Experience with project management / data systems a plus • Experience in calendar management to manage meetings Description • Assist with varying aspects of creative contingent staff sourcing within the client Services creative communications org, from; • Converting staffing requests to projects; ensuring accuracy of data and job descriptions based on strategic needs of pods guided by creative resource managers (who are key contacts to hiring managers). • Supporting creative resource managers in vetting candidates • Providing staffing estimates for all functions and roles. • Coordination of skills assessments (interviews) between staffing vendors and hiring managers, and follow-up and collation of feedback • Tracking candidates in vendor trackers/vendor meeting agendas. • Keeping an up-to-date and accurate optimized list of potential bench and eligible candidates in resource database • Sending out onboarding emails to new starters, hiring managers and buddies. • Supporting resource management team with quarterly staffing extensions; in regards to vendor and hiring manager communication, and status tracking across 70+ contingent resources across multiple lines of business. • Assist with building out a hiring manager toolkit for new hires, aswell as supportive documentation around staff sourcing within resource manager and operations.

Education & Experience: • AA, BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
