- Ability to translate Business Ideas in to product solution to features and user stories
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to step outside the comfort zone to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment with cross functional teams
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years of Product management experience, Certified product owner is a plus
- 2+ years of agile development experience
- 2+ years of payroll /HCM product experience is a must
- Technical awareness of APIs and platform services
- Tools / IDE development experience with UI/UX
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, content management
