Local Chico General Contractor and production framing company is seeking experienced, high energy WORKING FOREMAN/LEAD CARPENTER with knowledge of all aspects of the trade for both residential and commercial projects. Must be able to read plans and build house.
Qualifications:
Must be organized, take directions and give direction to others-Bi-Lingual a plus
Ability to schedule crews and materials
Detail out plans and layout projects
Proven leadership skills in team setting
Computer savvy and excellent communication skills
Ability to interface with customers, management and crew members
