The Paradise Pines POA is looking for a part-time or full-time maintenance person.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Janitorial
Pool Maintenance
Yard Maintenance to include weeding, watering, raking, pruning, chainsaw work, etc
Minor repairs of property to include basic carpentry, replacing outlets/switches, painting, etc
Security
This is an entry level position. Willing to train motivated individual.
24 to 40 hours per week
