Responsibilities:
Perform basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs. Additionally, will provide residents with outstanding customer service, attention to detail and take pride in doing a good job. Selected individuals will assist with after hour emergency calls.
Position requires minimum one year general plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs. must have the ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. Upon hire, must provide valid CA driver's license along with state required auto insurance.
