Licensed Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Licensed Property Manager to be responsible for the overall operations of the properties. This includes ensuring efficient operations and creating a positive experience for residents, owners and associates.

The Property Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building, placing emphasis on the concerns and needs of the tenants in coordination in conjunction with the owner's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Serves as a liaison between tenants and owner

Solidifying positive relationship with owner by being proactive and responsive to owners' needs and requests

Prepare and report information in a timely manner

Oversee all property tours and inspections

Responsible for lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management

Qualifications

Must have valid CA Real Estate Brokers License

2-3 years of Property Management experience

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate all levels of management

Dependable and flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
