The Lead Analyst, Service Management in the Technology Change Integration - Business Operations group will:
- Support organization-s senior leadership team in day to day business operations tasks such as workforce management, financial oversight, communications, employee engagement, and various strategic efforts and ad hoc requests
- Maintain critical organizational data to ensure consistent compliance to operational requirements and guidance
- Partner with stakeholders to drive initiatives across different teams such as: Technology Change Management, IT Asset Management Governance, Disaster Recovery, and more
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Drive structure and organization for weekly senior leadership meeting
- Engage with stakeholders across various parts of the organization to complete annual operating and strategic planning process
- Support the rollout of organizational initiatives around culture and communications
- Mature key organizational processes and tools around those processes such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, etc.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus; analytical and varied technical experience beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial
