Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

The Opportunity Zerigo Health, an early-stage company based in San Diego, is bringing to market a revolutionary home light therapy system used for the treatment of chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, vitiligo and eczema (which affect over 30 million people in the U.S.). It is the first and only smartphone-connected, home phototherapy system which enables patients to treat at home with the same level of control and care that they receive in the clinic - remaining controlled by their physician's prescription through our proprietary software and remotely coached and monitored by Zerigo personnel - driving improved treatment adherence and outcomes at lower costs, as well as superior patient convenience and improved quality of life. • Working with the business to validate requirements and suggest feasible solutions
• Fixing bugs and improving performance in existing code base
• Special projects as needed

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps (Android or iOS)
• Experience working with most of the following technologies:

• Comfortable in a high paced environment with an agile, scrum-based development process.

• Bluetooth connectivity (iOS or Android)
• Relational database design (e.g. mySQL)
• Data mining, data analytics
• Build/test automation tools e.g. Jenkins, CirceCI, Bitbucket Pipeline
• Docker
• UI/UX design skills
• Medical device experience
