RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a San Francisco, CA client in need of a remote Marketing Manager I.Summary:Our clients Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing Team is looking for a fast moving, customer-focused individual to help develop best-in-class ecosystem monetization campaigns to drive cross sell and upsell. Using customer data, insights and marketing automation tools, this position will be responsible for creating and executing email, IPD, push notifications and direct mailers that engage, retain and delight our Small Business customers throughout their lifecycle. The Marketing Manager will execute lifecycle marketing programs from start to finish, including: Identify key customer insights and data needed to construct effective strategies Assess and develop strategies to address key business problems and non-consumption - e.g., design multi-channel campaigns to drive customers to attach new services that address a broader share of their needs within our ecosystem As a Marketing Manager, you will plan and manage end to end process of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, push, SMS, in-product discovery and direct mail Identify the key performance metrics or indicators to measure success, both leading and lagging indicators The Marketing Manager will work with many cross-functional stakeholders and partners to deliver a relevant messaging at the right time to drive cross sell and upsell Critically evaluate and size impact of addressing business problems; Critically size impact of various strategies to address specific problems The Marketing Manager will own the deliverables, deadlines and measurement of customer IPD, push notification and email/marketing automation campaigns in Campaign Manager, Braze or Eloqua to drive usage, conversion, retention, revenue and unit growthREQUIREMENTS: Email marketer with 1-3 years of experience in b2c or b2b digital marketing Experience setting up, executing and measuring digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a SaaS company Use of Campaign Manager or Braze a plus Exceptional executional and project/time management skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and cross-functionally Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations) Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technology Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities Ability to iterate and learn quickly to optimize campaignsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
