DIRECT CLIENT Title: Business Process analystLocation: Fort Mill, SC,Duration: 12+ Months ContractWork closely with the operational team supporting Watson content management and collaborate with content subject matter experts and end users to optimize processes and content and workflows• Development of new content and optimization of existing content.• Rigorously test the design of existing and new content.• Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality of any usage expansion.• Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents.• Identifying issues and risks within the content.
