Our leading nonprofit client in DC is looking for a quality-driven Data Analyst to manage, maintain, and improve data quality within a Salesforce environment.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:- Analyze, validate, and report on data
- Proactively identify ways to improve data quality
- Translate business requirements into reporting deliverables
- Derive insights from both structured and unstructured data
- Work to build new, or improve existing, dashboards
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc reports
- Create data monitoring program and conduct regular data hygiene checks
- Verify quality and correct errors
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, or Analytics preferred
- At least 2 years of recent experience in data science, reporting, and analysis
- Proficient in SQL, relational databases, Excel, and statistical analysis
- Recent and proven experience developing data visualizations
- Experience using Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and more
- Ability to translate organizational mission into data reporting
