Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Technical Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. This position is currently remote due to COVID, but some onsite will be expected.

Essential Job Functions:
  • The Cloud Technical Project Manager is responsible for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities surrounding the client's multi-level cloud technology projects. Using their knowledge of and experience with various technologies to lead a team to reach all client's goals.
  • Responsible for assisting the client in the development, selection, and implementation of their technology initiatives to improve effectiveness.
  • Experience with the challenges of migrating on-premise infrastructure and application portfolios and bridging the gaps during the migration strategy design process.
  • At times they are also responsible for the completion of administrative tasks such as the compiling of reports that detail program activity to supply the client with the status and progress of projects.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
  • Experience with the management of Transition Project Lifecycle of large-scale transition projects from start to completion.
  • Lead meetings to provide guidance to the project team and maintain project documentation.
  • Manage scope, time, goals, scheduling, updates, and strategy of transition projects.
  • He/she will be able to direct project managers and technical resources and will have experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, MS Visio), templates, and processes to manage the delivery of cloud migration programs/projects and strategies.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an information technology or related fields.
  • Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain or currently possess a U.S. Government clearance at the Public Trust.
  • Must have over 10 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Have over 5 years of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
  • Have around 5 years of recent experience in Cloud and IT transition, transformation, and migration management
  • Experience in Agile practices such as DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD
  • Must have Project Management Certification

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Strong customer service/client facing skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • AWS/MS Azure Certifications preferred
