- Solve business and technology challenges related to improving customers and employee experience.
- Leverage Salesforce technology and platform to help employees transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities business and technology challenges related to improving customer and employee experience.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor, drive conversations with our Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Requirements Analysis and Application Governance.
- Deep understanding and extensive experience in leading-edge CRM and Software-As- A-Service (SaaS) solution - Salesforce.com having cross cloud expertise across Sales, Service and Community Clouds.
- Design and develop functional solution architecture, application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, DevOps Strategy & implementation, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education.
- Play the role of liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and technical experts.
- Build relationships with business partners and manage business expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the Business, Information Technology and third-party partners. Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including all Salesforce Platforms (e.g. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud Community Cloud etc.
- Couple industry knowledge with technology understanding to define and develop comprehensive solutions that help clients overcome business challenges.
- Stay current with business challenges focused with Commercial, Patient Excellence, Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs in areas such as new trends, market conditions, regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape.
- Determine the overall solution design for client projects, including all Salesforce components, data and application integration, and selection of third-party tools.
- Lead clients through design reviews to define and prioritize requirements and collaborate with project team members to design appropriate solutions and execute projects in a timely manner.
- Participate in client training and other implementation initiatives as a part of overall project deliverables.
- Conduct business process review meetings.
- Lead the evaluation of functional and technical requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and the businesses requirements.
- Write comprehensive design specifications, including functional specification, use cases, and user stories.
- Create technical documentation like solution administrative guides, design documents, and technical design documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
