We deliver, implement and administer technology solutions that enable all Personal Insurance employees to be more effective at their jobs and meet the needs of our company's customers.Job Description This position will: • Provide strategic thinking, solution designs, roadmaps and drive architectural recommendations for Personal Insurance Service Operations • Ensure architectural adherence through blueprint and design reviews • Assist in the remediation of application stability and performance • Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance • Be responsible for the development and production support of enterprise application utilities and models to include publishing, best practices and guidelines for supported technologies • Work with vendors and product management areas to establish required infrastructures and frameworks • Provide standard solutions to solve business and technical needs • Perform product evaluations, and proofs of concept. Expectations and Experience

• Provides deep expertise in enterprise data and information management methods and standards.
• Work closely with the architecture and design teams to establishing implementation patterns and architecture for data and analytic solutions.
• Promotes data sharing, quality, and reuse across the organization. Develops guidelines and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency.
• Define the high-level information repositories and information flows that will meet the requirements of the business strategies and business processes in partnership with the enterprise.
• Represent PI Tech's requirements to the Data Management, Advance Analytics, and Enterprise teams to influence cloud analytics, master data management, and API strategies.
• Work with internal Customers and Stakeholders to establish high-level architecture and design, to explore solution alternatives.
• Collaborate with data integration and solution designers on decisions relating to information and analytic solution development. Review integration solution designs for alignment with architecture.
• Plan and develop the Architectural Runway in support of new Features and Capabilities.
• Conduct POC/POTs and related MVP for new ideas and solutions, working closely with project implementation teams in implementing the MVP to a real-world use case
• Influences Personal Insurance and neighbor team Program Increments planning to ensure project delivery
• Experience with Big Data and NoSQL technologies - Spark, MongoDB, HIVE
• Experience with common Data Science and Advanced Analytics Frameworks - PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy
• Awareness of the appropriate use of Data Integration technologies and methods - ab Initio and Talend
• Full stack development experience (.NET / Java) a plus.
• Experience with application architecture and design experience with technologies like NodeJS/Python
• Experience with Cloud Data and Analytics Technologies a plus. Experience with Kinesis, S3, Snowflake, Athena, Databricks a plus.
• Experience with service oriented architecture, REST and middleware technologies a plus. You will have Opportunities To:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in enterprise, application, and/or information architecture required.
• 1 year of experience as a technical lead required.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7 years of experience in enterprise, application, and/or information architecture preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a technical lead preferred.
• Experience managing others preferred.
