We are looking for a
Software Product Development Manager to join our Product Development team at RSI’s Roseville, CA Solution Center. In this role, you will leverage your experience to provide ongoing development, operational maintenance, support, and upgrades of our flagship product suite, Revenue Premier Enterprise (RPE). In this role, you will oversee each aspect of the development process, and act as the liaison between your team and upper management. You should be skilled in different programming languages, including C#, SQL, Java, and JavaScript. You should also be familiar with both database and application development. Position is mainly remote with very occasional travel to Sacramento, CA. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:- Bachelor’s degree with major course work in Computer Science or related field trade certificates comparable to degree/experience
- Immediate authorization to work in the US
- 3+ years of technical management and architecture experience in software development with variety of languages (Java, C#, SQL, XML, etc,)
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- 8+ years of experience in Software Development
- 3+ years of architectural experience working in the cloud – IAAS and PAAS (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture principles using SOAP
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and offer solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Professional business demeanor
- Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients as well as across teams within RSI
- Master’s Degree in related field
- Enterprise level product experience
- Tax domain experience
- Business rules engine experience, preferable with FICO Blaze
