Telecom Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Telecom Manager in Washington, DC.Duties Include: Telecom Manager will be responsible for coordinating telecommunications software and hardware Managing the staff responsible for monitoring and resolving telecom and hardware problems As a Telecom Manager, you will establish goals and policy guidelines Overseeing the daily management of the telecommunications systems Telecom Managers review complex contracts for specialized telecommunications systems Evaluating the efficiency of new productsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Communications, or related field is required; Master's degree is preferred Six (6) years of progressive experience in telecommunications with voice network planning, analysis, operations, design, and connectivity, to include two (2) years at a managerial level Excellent understanding of the terminology, business processes, and users associated with healthcare administration Must possess a strong customer service orientation with a history of timely project completionKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
