Client is seeking a hands Sr. Java Developer to join our Digital Experience Practice Team. Candidate is expected to develop 100% of the time, at the same time, support business analyst and testing teams. You should be results oriented, comfortable working as part of an Agile team, and thrive on developing systems that are of high quality. Required Skills:
- Over 8-10 years of experience primarily with designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent programming skills in Advanced Java.
- Experience in JavaScript, Angular, React, ExtJS.
- Experience in database administration, advanced SQL, stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Experience in concurrent system design.
- Experience in distributed caching solutions.
- Experience in JUnit, JProfiler / JProbe or any other profiling tool.
- Experience developing applications in Python, Scala and Apache Spark.
- Experience in building applications in cloud ecosystem, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of portfolio analytics, performance and risk.
- Background in financial technology and data.
