Project Manager for Real Estate Development Company

Beverly Hills based real estate development company looking to hire a development project manager. While direct experience is not necessary, some basic knowledge of construction is a plus. We are looking for smart and eager individuals who are willing to learn and grow along with our small but expanding company.

Duties include daily construction site visits, ordering materials, coordination between the GC and some outside sub-contractors, work with and identify new architects to get plans and permits through the city, and primarily doing whatever it takes to push the project forward on time and on budget.
