Director of Operations for Top Producing Real Estate Team (Marin/SF).

The role of Director of Operations is central to the direction, growth, and coordination of Marks Realty

Group, a team of realtors active throughout Marin and San Francisco led by industry veteran and award-winning realtor Jonathan Marks.

While the specified duties of the Director of Operations are wide-ranging and subject to change as it pertains to the real estate market, the unwavering responsibilities are as follows:

Oversee and manage all aspects of seller and buyer transactions

Provide support to the team’s agents

Keep on top of the team’s CRM and backend data input

Assume the role of the coordinator, scheduler, resource person, problem solver, mediator, and personal concierge

This person will work closely with one of Marin’s top-performing agents and his realtor counterparts in helping run an efficient and highly productive team. Possessing a deep commitment to supporting the growth and development of Marks Realty Group is at the core of this role.

Carried out successfully, the Director of Operations will allow the team’s agents to focus on generating transactions and client nurturing, rather than prepping listings and closing transactions. In turn, every client will feel as though their experience with the Marks Realty Group is curated and enjoyable as they experience an exciting new chapter of life.

Experience in real estate is strongly desired though not essential as you will learn loads about the industry on the job. In an ideal world though, you would have your real estate license or be willing to get it (the expense of which would be covered), and will not look at this as a launching point to become a full-time realtor but instead assume this position as a central cog in the system.
