Vacation Rentals/Sales - Santa Cruz County

Real Estate Eight Three One is expanding and adding to our team. We are a leader in Residential Property Management and now expanding our vacation rental division. This position requires the following skills:

Communicate with prospective and scheduled guests

Current California Real Estate License

Oversee and schedule cleaning crews for guest move in and move outs

Track inventory of each property

Monitor and replenish reusable products

Competency with Microsoft Outlook Suite, Dropbox, and ability to learn the industry specific software systems

Company car is provided during business hours. This is a great opportunity to build a steady stream of income while also selling real estate. Training is provided.
