Technical Support Analyst / IT Production Warehouse

You must have a driver's license and vehicle.This position is responsible for the prep, deployment and reclaim of Company issued technological assets. The ideal candidate also must have previous IT hardware and support experience in a corporate environment. Responsibilities include:

• Delivery, installation, and pick-up of a variety of IT related equipment (up to 50 pounds)
• Prepping Windows/Macintosh systems with a standard image through various programs
• Installing software as requested by our clients. (Final Draft, FileMaker Pro, etc.)
• Knowledge of PC hardware as it pertains to troubleshooting systems
• Analytical skills to develop solutions for day to day hardware/software issues
• Receiving and checking returned hardware back into stock
• Inspecting, testing, and cleaning all returned assets to ensure they are ready for re-deployment
• An ability to manage time wisely by completing tasks when required
• Understanding of current technology and willingness to share knowledge in a team environment
• Assist in maintaining overall organization of warehouse stock and supplies
• Perform other duties as required to meet departmental or organizational objectives
• May be required to work outside of standard business hours

• Troubleshooting various PC (Windows and Macintosh) related issues either hardware or software
• Database Applications (FileMaker Pro, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of Hewlett Packard products including various LaserJet printers and how to install drivers
• Solid understanding of technology (for example USB vs USB-C)
