IT Support Engineer - Warehouse Services to join our Distribution Center in Ontario, CA!Why join Noble House? While we have been around for 25+ years, we continue to grow at a dynamic pace, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team.SUMMARYReporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Engineer - Warehouse Services is responsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of technical issues, ranging from network connectivity, and warehouse equipment issues. Overtime is likely required, including weekends, as Noble House has warehouse operations 7 days/week.WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?Work Schedule: 4:00 am to 1:00 pm - This position will work both weekend days, Saturday and Sunday, and will have two days off during the week.- Responsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of technical issues, ranging from network connectivity, and warehouse equipment issues. Identify recurring technical issues and fix their root causes to enhance business productivity.
- Collaborate across cross functional warehouse, application engineering, and business teams to solve high impact incidents with a sense of urgency by providing quality and accurate information.
- Analyze production/workflow issues by creating and monitoring various reporting tools utilizing the in-house warehouse management system (WMS)
- Build relationships with Warehouse Operations team by spending time on warehouse floor to learn their workflows to effectively assist with technical issues when they arise.
- Prioritize tickets on IT Helpdesk CRM (Spiceworks) to ensure local and remote users receive updates and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Perform research independently by asking clarifying questions, gather relevant data, and resolve the manner using a data driven approach.
- Other duties as assigned by department manager, and/or executive management.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of warehouse management/automation systems, including (but not limited to) the following:
- Inbound and Outbound automation applications
- Manual scanning (Inbound/Outbound)
- Label scanning
- Map creation
- Cycle counts
- Inbound/outbound logistics
- TMS management
- Returns management
- Physical Inventory updating
- Able to work effectively with others on a team to assist overall team goals
- Willingness and flexibility to work rotational and/or on-call shifts to provide support to sales, fulfillment, and warehouse operations that run 24/7

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); intermediate-level Excel, in particular
- Generally requires minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in IT Support within an e-commerce and/or fulfillment/distribution environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Google Business Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, Drive) highly preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field, or relevant work experience
- Occasionally see periods of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, in review of warehouse automation systems
- Occasionally sit, walk, squat, kneel, twist at the waist, use hands for fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, reaching above and below shoulder level
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs, and rarely lift up to 75 lbs with assistance; repetitively use hands for simple and power grasping
- Work performed in a warehouse-type facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
- Closed-toed shoes are required, steel-toed shoes strongly preferred.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided by the Company.
