And when you join our award-winning in-house agency, you’ll be joining a team that is charged with bringing the brand to life through on-brand creative strategies, compelling content, and most importantly - breakthrough creative.As a Creative Lead/ACD, you’ll be charged with bringing creative, on-brand ideas to the table - ideas that elevate our brand, create some noise in the marketplace, and stay true to our position and strategy. You’ll get to execute the best ideas and bring them to life for a consumer audience of over 100 million monthly users.Here’s an overview of what we’re looking for:Number one, you’re creative. You’re bursting with creative energy, and have a passion for making things that break through the noise. You’re also execution oriented. You’re equally adept at coming up with ideas, and then executing them and seeing them through from concept to the moment they’re live and in-market. You can write killer briefs, and killer copy. You view being on-brand as a beautiful thing. And last - but certainly not least - you’re collaborative, kind, and work well with others - aholes need not apply (seriously).Please note: All submissions for this position must include online portfolio showcasing past workHere are the “formal” requirements for the role:You’re a visionary creative that delivers stellar ideas that are on-brand and on-target with our audience.You have a deep understanding of digital, TV, OOH, Experiential and Social activations, and understand how all of these channels can play together to help brands break through.You’re able to execute against your creative vision: you’ll be able to direct and inspire team members on how to deliver against your ideas and vision, from concept to completion.You’ve mastered your creative discipline and are ready to take the next step (Copy or Design)You’re super-cool and easy to work with, so you can build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external team membersYou’re able to lead and manage creative input sessions, brainstorming sessions and client presentationsYou LOVE keeping people informed and bringing them along - regular updates to stakeholders is something you love doingBeing on-brand is like your best friend.You’re comfortable presenting to team members at all levels - from peers to stakeholders to senior executives.Experience:7-9 years of digital and traditional agency experience or in-house or agency environmentBachelor's degree (BA/BFA) from a four-year accredited college or university in Fine Arts, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, Journalism or Creative WritingPortfolio review requiredAbout realtor.comAt realtor.com®, we believe that everyone deserves a home of their own.
