  • Description: Client's Recruiting Operations Team drives the strategy, processes, and technologies that allow us to introduce Client's story to candidates and hire great talent for both full time and contract roles. We're a collaborative and curious team that spends our time working to improve and iterate on where we are, and where we're going. We streamline systems and workflows, we wrangle data, and work to improve the experiences of those who interact with Recruiting. With so much innovation in the recruiting space, we also keep a constant eye to the future and build towards it, exploring, designing, tinkering, and prototyping. We are currently in the midst of rolling out several systems and process changes, and are in need of some additional support to help us build, refine, and communicate these changes to our stakeholder groups. In addition, we have a number of manual processes that we would love help in streamlining. What you'll do
    • Assist in the development and improvement of recruiting processes, both for full time and our contingent workforce
    • Help to support and maintain changes to the applicant tracking system and related systems
    • Collaborate with stakeholder groups in the People, Legal, Finance teams, as well as our vendor partners
    • Project support on key department initiatives, including but not limited to, employee referrals, vendor enhancements, recruiting process changes
    What you'll need:
    • 3 years of experience in project management and/or operations, ideally with some of that experience coming from HR or Recruiting
    • Experience with ATS and recruiting tools and systems (SAP SuccessFactors or larger HCM suites such as Taleo/Oracle or Workday)
    • Track record of successfully supporting the completion of tasks and projects
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requirements: Fully remote position as long as candidate willing to adjust hours as needed Total 40 hours/week on the Dolby 9/80 schedule
