Now is your chance to apply your passion to our mission.We're looking for someone to join our team as a Supervisor, Data Warehouse Architecture who:Oversees the logical data integration strategies (including documentation) for data flows between disparate source/target systems and the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Supervises development teams to establish and enforce data quality standards and documentation. Performs a variety of in-depth data analysis, data modeling and data administration tasks with potentially complex data integration scenarios. Works with Database Administrators and Data Integration (ETL) developers resulting in effective data driven solutions. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Essential Functions:
  • Establishes, maintains, adheres to and enforces Enterprise Data Modeling and Data Integration standards. Creates reporting as required on Corporate Data Model Repository.
  • Leverages system development life cycle and software project management approaches. Conceptualizes and influences application and interface projects.
  • Ensures adherence to change control and release management procedures, including generation of appropriate packages, documentation and coordination with other technical areas. Provides functional advice or training and serves as a mentor to less experienced Data Warehouse Analysts.
  • Prioritizes and monitors project/task status and risk management/mitigation by working with appropriate managers on level of effort/estimates, resource assignments, etc. Stays abreast of established and emerging data technologies.
  • Assesses organizations, processes, channels, applications and data to identify practical solutions. Designs data architectures and designs and builds relational databases. Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery and implementation of databases. Shares expertise in data integration processes and how to tune for performance. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, applied mathematics or related discipline or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree in computer science, management information systems, applied mathematics, or related discipline: Preferred

Work Experience:
  • Five years technical experience as a data architect or ETL developer with data modeling experience: Preferred
  • One years leadership experience: Preferred
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies, ETL development and technologies and BI and data visualization technologies: Preferred
