With the ability to write detailed business requirements to translate into functional and process design.Must have knowledge in any analytical tool i.e. Tableau, Power BI etc.Basic knowledge on relational databases and Big data technologiesStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient at analyzing and manipulating data in ExcelExperience writing and running reports to query dataSolid problem solving and decision making skillsMust have excellent presentation skills.Proven hands-on project management experience with the ability to take initiative and produce results, including a history in bringing projects successfully to completion.Team player with collaborative methods of engagement, and an inquisitive, positive, roll-up sleeves attitude.Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functionally (both business and technical-facing).ResponsibilitiesSupport in facilitating meetings to understand business pain points, synthesizing the discussion and circulate meeting decisions and action items with clear objectives and success measures.Partner with business process experts to write business requirements and create process flows to translate into functional compensation design. Engage with project stakeholders for alignment and feedback.Conduct gap analysis to provide recommendations, analytical insights, and process improvements to meet business needs through system automation.Performing and supporting UAT in a sandbox to identify and deliver enhancements.Contribute to system-related projects focusing on key strategic initiatives related to incentive compensation systems.Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management. Collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders to communicate releases to executives.
