Job Description
What will I be delivering?- This is a management role, reporting into the USHead of West Coast Product Team, overseeing a small team of Product team analysts and senior analysts.
- In addition to managing a team of analysts and senior analysts, you will be assigned to our highest value client accounts, including Key Accounts. Delivering the highest standard of Client Servicing.
- Owning 25+ client accounts that touch diverse industries that include tech, retail, CPG, media agencies, and more
- Managing $3MM of business
- You will be responsible for keeping clients happy and facilitating lasting, profitable and growing partnerships. Helping clients realize the full potential of our Data Product subscriptionofferings.
- Interacting with the senior leadership teams of your client accounts
Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me?- An experienced researcher, 2-3 years working in client facing market research, with a track record of building positive lasting relationships with customers
- Thought leader and strategy growth driver that is able to strengthen client engagement
- Advanced knowledge of our Data Products tools, or market research SaaS products
- Proactive in making an impact on client accounts but also on the internal team
- Strong time management/prioritization system
- Cross-functional work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mentoring and leadership experience
