Full-Time ON-SITE Resident Manager

We are seeking a full-time resident manager assistant for three apartment buildings with a total of 78 units - all within walking distance! We are a small, privately operated company that believes our managers are just that - managers! These are the people who make the business work and are willing to do whatever is needed to make the company function!

Our company offers many growth opportunities. This position includes on-site living with the rent credit built into the salary.

All applicants must possess the following:

At least 2 years experience in Multi-family property management and strong written/oral communication skills.

A team player that is willing to work with maintenance staff and the portfolio manager to accomplish each property's goals.

Highly organized and dependable.

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent computer skills, but will train the right applicant with the property management software we utilize.

Strong sales, marketing, and leasing abilities.

Ability to walk extended distances

Ability to lift 25 pounds

Working knowledge of WA state eviction laws and Fair Housing mandates

No medical benefits are offered in this position.

Sick pay is offered for this position after a 90 probationary period.

Vacation Pay is accrued and payable after 1 year with the company.
