United Development Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Star to join our Team! Our property team is energetic and upbeat and has a CAN DO attitude that is contagious. We are currently searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Manager. The qualified candidate must have affordable housing (tax credit) experience, be an ambitious, self-starter with excellent communication skills and proven records of outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Must be a leasing superstar!

Oversees the Leasing teams performance with all overall leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals.

Develop innovative and cost-effective advertising strategies, resident referral programs and other initiatives that generate qualified traffic. Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community’s occupancy and sales results, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.

Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, marketing plans, drives, and special programs

Develop effective off-site marketing networks and strategies, especially with Sacramento State and other student networks.

Manage all social media marketing, online reputation and SEOs.

Serve as the point of contact for media sources for placement and development of advertising.

Follow-up with all prospective residents.

Follow-up with all leads to lease.

Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our property to prospective residents.

Evaluate the needs of our customers while communicating the corresponding benefits.

Lease using effective selling techniques to close each sale by obtaining the required deposit(s)

Follow policies and procedures regarding the quality acceptance of applicants.

Assisting the Community Manager duties as may be required.
