Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment Community is in need of a Maintenance Technician

Job Duties include but not limited to:

Responsible for the upkeep, Inventory, Logs/records and repair of grounds, apartments and buildings of the community.

Ensuring they are maintained in an efficient manner.

On call duties are required and overtime may be necessary periodically.

Carry out on-going property preventative maintenance plan.

Comply with all Federal, State, Local and Regional laws and regulations at all times.

Turning apartments which may include knowledge of plumbing, painting, drywall repair, appliance repair and other procedures.

Ensure OSHA standards are met at al times.
