Integration Business Analyst Dealer Systems

- Successfully collaborate with the full spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders on formulation and execution of vision, strategy and product roadmap
- Requirements solicitation, refinement, definition (business and non-functional)
- Identify subject matter experts within the development organization, quickly establish credibility and solicit their feedback
- Produce deliverables including business process flows, use cases, storyboards, detailed requirements, data models, interface design specifications, agile user stories, training artifacts
- Document functional capabilities of existing software and integrations
- Create, populate, manage and prioritize a DMS integration backlog
- Translate technical challenges into a business context, articulate trade-offs and ROI
- Partner with technical teams on effort estimation
- Contribute to risk-based testing plans
- Identify and execute business process improvements
- Understand legal and privacy considerations
- Operate under minimal supervision
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of BA experience including product discovery and ideation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated results establishing a product vision and road maps that led to successful business value
- Repeated success delivering large commercial projects on time, within budget, with quality
- Proven ability to understand and discuss digital concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
- Strong organizational skills and proven success managing a backlog
- Deep familiarity with traditional and agile software development methodologies
- Experience partnering with quality assurance teams on requirements traceability
- Proven success integrating data across disparate systems
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of product development experience within digital transformation initiatives
- Business-to-business experience within a dealer/distribution system
- Proven success building and maintaining vendor relationships
- Familiarity with modern integration patterns, tools and best practices
- 3+ years experience with solution rollout and support
- 2+ years experience defining and implementing data conversion strategies
- Experience with Azure cloud solutions
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience with Dealership systems and/or Powersports
- A passion for powersports and the outdoors
